I understand intimately the demands and complexities of a competitive sales environment, having enjoyed a successful and rewarding career spanning 15 years in the IT sales industry.  Experienced working across multiple levels, from direct sales roles with enterprise accounts through to team management and leadership positions, I know first-hand the challenges these roles encounter on a daily basis.

 

An intuitive fascination in the unique potential of people, together with business and sales acumen, produces an insightful mix.  I combine pragmatic, relevant experience with creative and innovative approaches that deepen the self-awareness of each individual and really allow them to unleash their full potential.

 

With a Master of Arts in Coaching & Mentoring Practice, I am also a certified MBTI® practitioner and hold Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level accreditation with the International Federation of Coaching. My passion for development is demonstrated by my continuing commitment to my own personal growth, undertaking regular continued professional development and supervision.
