What to expect

 

The New Manager Programme brings together an initial Discovering You’ review using the highly respected Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), followed by a structured series of six one-to-one coaching sessions over a 90 day period. 


At the end of the 90 days, a 360® assessment is undertaken to gather feedback from peers and colleagues and provide the individual with additional ideas for enhancing their performance as they move forward in their new leadership role.
